Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

For all orders via our online-shop, the following terms and conditions are valid.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The contract will come into existence with GbR Thiel/Thielen.

With the placement of products in the online shop, we submit a firm offer on these articles to the signing of the contract. You can place our products not binding in the product cart and change it if you want before you complete the binding order. This agreement is completed when you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart by clicking the button “send order”. Immediately after sending the order you will receive a receipt by e-mail.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The available languages for concluding a contract are English and German.

Should the Client order goods electronically, the wording of the contract shall be saved by the Company and sent to the Client on request by e-mail, in addition to these AGBs.

4. Delivery conditions

In addition to our given product prices, we charge postage.  For more information on the amount of postage, please refer to the menu item shipping.

We will only supply on transport route.

Deliveries to post office boxes and packing stations are not possible.

5. Payment

In our prices is, in accordance with the little businessman regulation (§19 Abs. 1 UStG ), no value added tax contain and proven.

In our shop you can use the following payment methods:

PayPal, PayPal Express

PayPal Plus

Direct debit

6. Retention of title

Unless fully paid, the goods shall remain our property.

7. Damages in transit

If goods should be delivered with obvious transport-damage, please inform the delivery company about this without delay and contact us. The omission of a reclamation or contact has no consequences for your legal warranty rights. Nevertheless, by doing this, you help us to be able to claim our compensation from the delivering company or the transport insurance, respectively.

8. Warranty and guarantee

So far differently expressly agreed upon, the statutory warranty rights are valid.
The expiry period for defect claims is equivalent to one year as from the transfer of risk in the case of new performance goods.

 We will only undertake liability for violations of duty which have been brought about by at least gross negligence on the part of our company, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

9. Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages due to improper handling, incorrect application or the like.

We will only undertake liability for violations of duty which have been brought about by at least gross negligence on the part of our company, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

If the contractual obligations (major obligations) are violated against, the liability will be limited to the amount of damage that needs to be expected. All further claims by the user for damages are excluded.

10. Dispute resolution

We are unpledged and not willing to take part at the dispute resolution.

11. Handmade

All our products are handcrafted. It is possible that the pictures and description differ from the sold product.
